Orders and Shipping
Can I change or add an item to my order?
Once you have placed your order, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order as our warehouse works quickly to fulfill your order.
If you need to change your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP via email at info@oceanfoam.com to see if we can cancel the order, so you can re-place it.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. But, we will look into expanding internationally if there is demand.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our team is working hard to process orders and ship your product out ASAP! We cannot accept order cancellations at this time after the order has been placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes tracking information for your order. Be sure to check your spam folder as this can sometimes make its way there! Your tracking number will be linked, so simply click the tracking link to locate your shipment.
How long does shipping take?
We will ship orders in the order that they come in. Orders will take 1-2 business days to process, and shipping, on average, takes between 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for expedited shipping.
Shipping options will be available at checkout and will be calculated based on your shipping zip code.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack all of our orders with care in strong cartons, but it can sometimes still get damaged on its way to you while in transit. We hope this doesn’t happen, but if you do received a damaged product, please take an image of the damaged product for our records and contact us here immediately so that we can get a replacement to you ASAP!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do! At checkout, after entering your shipping address, you will be provided with shipping options to select. Various expedited options will be available at this point if applicable to the final destination of the order.
As a reminder, orders will still take 1-2 business days to process and this is not included within the shipping timeline.
Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I can't find it. What do I do?
Sometimes carriers will scan in packages early prior to delivery, but don’t fret! We recommend waiting another 1-3 business days as it may still be on its way. Be sure to check all possible delivery points as well (example: side door, garage, etc.). If you still cannot find your package,contact us here and we’ll do our best to help you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange or return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as these are personal-use items. Items purchased during sale periods are final sale. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us here.
Product Questions
What are your products made out of?
Each of our products are made with at least 15% Bloom algae pellets and either EVA foam or TPE foam depending on the product. We recommend checking the details section of each product page for product make-up.

How do I care for my Oceanfoam products?
Like regular workout equipment, we recommend using a sanitizing spray and wiping down your foam roller, workout block or mat after each use. Allow your gear to air dry completely before using or storing.
We do not recommend submerging your product in water, or leaving out in the sun.
Can I create a custom foam roller?
Yes, we’d love to hear more about your project! Visit our Custom page here and fill out the form with as many details as you can including color, quantity, size, delivery and your logo. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a mock-up and estimated pricing for your review.
How do I foam roll?
Foam rollers are only intended to help with general stiffness and soreness from normal physical activity. Foam rollers are not intended to treat injuries. You should seek medical care for any injuries you experience.
Use our foam rollers at home, the gym and wherever feels good. Oceanfoam rollers are firm and work great to roll out areas like the bottoms of your feet, legs, arms and upper back before or after a workout or physical activity.
Our full size roller is more suitable for use on the ground to massage all the muscles in your body properly. Our travel roller works great standing up (for the bottoms of your feet) or seated in a chair (providing lumbar support for your back and neck) or on a counter or raised surface (massaging your arms and legs).
Talk to a trainer or medical professional for advice before you foam roll. If it hurts, stop and get proper instruction.
For beginners, limit the time you are foam rolling to 30 seconds per area to avoid bruising and over-rolling your muscles.
Experts do not recommend foam rolling your lower back, neck or IT bands. For more information, check out this article.
Is bruising normal? What causes it?
Yes, bruising is normal, especially if you're really tight in that area or if it's your first time foam rolling. You can also bruise if you are staying in an area for too long. We recommend limiting rolling any area to 30 seconds if you're a beginner, or up to 1 minute if you foam roll regularly.
When you're foam rolling, you're breaking up scar tissue and adhesions as well as creating small tears in tightened muscle fibers, which causes blood to be trapped under the skin, giving the appearance of a bruise. It's nothing to worry about, but we would recommend giving that area a rest before foam rolling on it again.
